Connect the braces with a belt on your chest.
Pull the belts on the thighs between the legs and connect to the opposite end. Repeat the same activity for the other leg.
Make sure the belts have been dragged by flexible loops. Loose ends can expose the user at the risk of an accident ..
Check carefully if the dorsal ring on the back can be caught with your hand.
For safety, you can check the location of the braces by sliding four fingers to the adjacent belts and crumble.
If a free squat is possible, it means that the harness is founded correctly, while maintaining the required freedom of movement.
